Gareth will share experiences on collaboration and outreach groups for their energy board, including various public sector departments, Universities and Utilities to create a central convening point to share best practice and governance. This session will aim to stimulate conversation around:

• Striking the right balance between sharing best practice and collaborative delivery
• Accountability and progress monitoring
