On 26th November from 09:30 GMT

In 2020 we’re holding a virtual EMEX event. We thought about going full on, digitally, but it’s just not the same thing as being face-to-face. You can’t have those impromptu, magic making conversations with your peers as well as getting a good look at the latest products and services. We’ll save that for a huge celebration IRL at the end of 2021.

So, to bring the community together for a last ‘hurrah’ before we turn our backs on 2020 please join us for three fascinating, informative and expert sessions covering the following agenda:

AGENDA

Is a new era with consensus on climate change possible with a Biden Presidency on the cards?
How will we meet the challenging goals set out and how much depends on energy saving?

This session will focus on the art of the possible and how energy managers are in the front line.

Chairman: Lord Redesdale, CEO, Energy Managers Association (EMA)
Panellists:

  • Sarah Mukherjee, CEO at IEMA
  • Scott Armstrong, Chairman at the EMA

The Climate Change Committee’s report has shown that it is possible to get to net zero in the UK, but the session will highlight what the targets mean and explore how much behaviour change, efficient energy use and new technology will feature in hitting the elusive carbon reduction goals.

Chairman: Lord Redesdale, CEO, Energy Managers Association (EMA)
Panellists:

  • Michael Ayres, Managing Director at Flexible Power Systems (EV)
  • Brian Clavin, Associate Director at Total Data Centre Solutions (storage)
  • Alexandra Hammond, Director at ETL (zero carbon framework).

Join our EMA Board as they curate a series of bite-size presentations from a selection of technology and service providers.

Curator & Moderator: Scott Armstrong, Chairman of the Energy Managers Association

Panellists:

I always find EMEX helpful for my job. Good networking platform where we also can get update on latest technologies!

Energy & Environment Officer, Surrey Police

EMEX is a great event for learning about national and global energy challenges and is also a great place to speak to entrepreneurial individuals about new products entering the market

Sarah Jolliffe, Company Energy Manager, BAM Nuttall Ltd

EMEX is a fantastic event which gets better and better each year. The seminar programme, product information and networking opportunities are second to none and are invaluable to an Energy Manager in progressing energy and carbon reduction strategies.

Energy & Carbon Strategy Manager, Network Rail

A great success for Circle Green. It has proven to be well worth the investment.

Ian Porter, Chief Executive Officer – Circle Green

EMEX was a success for Siemens in terms of quality delegates and content. I intend to be back in 2018.

Nick Smith, Business Development Director – Infrastructure & EPCs – Siemens plc

This is a very worthwhile event that continues to attract high quality delegates and enables us to have fruitful and insightful conversations with both existing and prospective customers. The conference content is rich and varied, I particularly value the contributions of “end users” that allow us to tailor our offering to better help tackle energy challenges they are facing.

Lore Grohmann, Marketing – Wilson Power Solutions

With this being Eaton’s first year exhibiting at EMEX we had high expectations and we are pleased to say that we were not disappointed. The attendee portfolio was as promised which delivered some very engaging conversations and opportunities for us moving forward. Thank you to the EMEX team for a well organised and valuable event!

Andy McDonald, UK Marketing Director – Eaton
