By Matthew Gee, Energy Reporting & Regulation Manager – Thames Water
My experience has shown that you will be more successful in getting your projects approved if you use vocabulary familiar to your stakeholders.
Engaging diverse stakeholders requires a range of approaches. The reality is that the language and labels you use can make or break your case.
I have been consistently successful in obtaining approval from the Thames Water Investment Board.
I will share my tips, and explore how stakeholders can block or unlock the energy saving opportunities you want to get off the ground. I will draw on my years of energy management experience in a complex, multi-site, regulated environment. I will use a diverse selection of case studies ranging from reporting, behaviour change, capital investment, and renewables.
