Zoe Guijarro has led the Net Zero Homes team since November 2021. The focus
of the team’s work is to use evidence and insight from our work with consumers
to facilitate greater involvement, inclusion and outcomes for consumers in the
net zero transition. Zoe joined Citizens Advice in February 2015 to lead policy
work on renewable and low carbon heat, microgeneration and community
energy. Zoe has a wide range of strategic policy experience on energy and
climate change having previously worked in both the public and NGO sectors on
these issues. Before joining Citizens Advice Zoe worked as a Climate & Energy
Specialist at WWF-UK leading their advocacy on energy efficiency, zero carbon
homes and low-carbon heat.
