Tom Fenton
Tom Fenton is CEO of Veritherm. He is a well-respected sustainable technologist. Since 2018, he has made Veritherm a market leader and has been a pioneer in the field of measurement. Tom is a highly regarded expert and has received multiple awards for his innovative work. He has worked alongside knowledge providers, trade bodies and the government to create new solutions that support the UK’s energy transition. Tom is a well-known speaker, commentator, advisor and innovator and has extensive experience in taking innovation projects from conception to commercialisation. He is adept at leading large-scale projects and teams of engineers and experts and has been involved in recent projects such as BEIS Heat Pump Ready, Innovate UK Fast Start and has forged strong commercial ties with some of the largest housebuilders, local authorities and stock managers across the UK. Tom has recently been invited to the aggregating demand for heat decarbonisation working group, and is a cohort member of the UKRI Net Zero Heat, ESC Climate Change Innovation Platform. Tom has recently been appointed as co-president of the Live Data Trust a new not-for-profit organisation.
