Rory leads Ericsson’s Corporate Responsibility initiatives across Europe & Latin America. He is also responsible for driving the company’s sustainability engagements with customers across Western, Northern, and Central Europe.

Prior to joining Ericsson, Rory founded the world’s largest COVID-19 volunteering network and was then Head of Social Impact for a private equity firm. He has also advised the UK Prime Minister on Civil Society Strategy, and was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
