As a decarbonisation lead, Rhys has worked within government and the private sector as Net Zero manager for the Met Office and now the Carbon Trust. Rhys has knowledge of how Net Zero needs to be communicated internally and externally, and what is required to bring all stakeholders along to accelerate the move to a decarbonised future.
