Phyllida holds an undergraduate degree in BA Geography from Newcastle University and an MSc in Sustainability and Consultancy from the University of Leeds.
Phyllida’s experience encompasses work in sustainability and climate change and the biodiversity sectors. Prior to WSP, Phyllida worked for the Institute of Sustainability at Newcastle University drafting their Biodiversity Action Plan and policy.
Since joining WSP, she has been involved in Biodiversity Net Gain developing the biodiversity toolkit through research into the timescales and costs of habitat creation.
From September, Phyllida moved into the Sustainability and Climate Change team at WSP and is now working on a variety of interesting projects including the Airport Carbon Accreditation scheme, Climate Resilience, drafting Corporate Social Responsibility reports and a Social Return on Investment study.
