Paddy is a chartered engineer and energy manager who has worked in energy efficiency and sustainability for over 20 years. Whilst at the Bank of England he has improved energy and carbon performance, most recently developing the Bank’s Climate Transition Plan. Prior to that Paddy was a consultant, advising clients around the world on energy and sustainability.
