Natasha has a background in the commercial solar industry and joined Flex Assure in 2022, which is a not-for-profit organisation owned by the Association for Decentralised Energy. Flex Assure has a compliance scheme for Industrial and Commercial flexibility service providers, setting common standards in order to provide assurance for business energy users taking part in the flexibility market. Since Natasha joined, she has been working on the HOMEflex project, a code of conduct for domestic and micro-business flexibility service providers with the aim of encouraging domestic and micro-business customers to take part in flexibility services.
