Matt joined Flexitricity in early 2022 as Head of the Business Development. Having worked in the energy industry for 29 years, Matt is bringing a wealth of knowledge to the business gained from working in energy supply with Engie and Gazprom and energy and carbon consultancy with the likes of Schneider Electric, Mitie Energy, EnergyQuote JHA and Inenco.

Matt has also been involved in working for S&P Platts launching the European power and gas reports as well as being a founding member of the Leeds City Climate Change Committee.

Matt’s role at Flexitricity brings all this expertise together in helping our Energy Partners understand the benefits of optimising revenue both in the merchant BESS and gas peaker markets and the emerging market for behind the meter assets in the I&C sphere.
