Martin Reed has recently joined Mitie taking on the role of Head of Energy Optimisation. He is responsible for all energy management contracts & services that focus on reduction of energy consumption; these include customers across commercial property, logistics and telecoms. Martin has over 15 years of experience in energy management and is both a Chartered Engineer & Chartered Energy Manager. He joins from Tesco where he had a number of roles in energy and has also held positions at Honeywell, Anesco, Atkins and Powerstar. Martin has experience of delivering capital energy programmes and optimisation (no/low cost) initiatives to reduce energy consumption in large property portfolios
