From a background in public sector environment and community safety teams, Helen has been a Director at Environmental Strategies Limited (ESL) since 2011 and sole MD of the team of five for the last seven years. Helen is a Lead ISO 50001 Auditor, Lead ISO 14001 Auditor and Lead GHG Verifier.  Over the last 4 years Helen has developed and verified a range of carbon footprints for products and organisations, and feels passionate about demystifying Scope 3 for organisations on a practical level, as well as ensuring companies don’t focus solely on carbon and ignore the wider sustainability agenda.  Helen has written sustainability policies for a number of global and local organisations, showcasing the positive contributions being made in this sector and aligning carbon targets, with broader environmental and sustainability goals in the transition to net zero.
