Emma leads IEMA’s brand and marketing strategy and has responsibilities for membership growth and value. She is currently leading on research to explore how those that work within the environment and sustainability profession identify themselves and perceptions of the profession more widely and at every career stage. Emma is a Chartered Marketer and has previously worked in marketing roles within HE at Keele University and at the RHS.
