Andrew is an Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, leading a team of housing sustainability consultants working to develop retrofit and sustainability strategies for local authorities and registered providers of social housing. He is also the Technical and Application Support workstream for the Technical Assistance Facility (TAF). TAF is a national programme of support for the social housing sector, delivered under the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator, and the private owned housing sector delivered under the Home Upgrade Hub, helping to upskill housing providers to bid into funding and develop retrofit delivery programmes. He is particularly interested in the role of data and innovative technologies in decarbonising the UK’s housing stock and tackling fuel poverty.
