Andy is Head of Sustainability at VIVID, a housing association in the South of England.  VIVID have 74,000 customers and 35,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.  Andy has been delivering retrofit and sustainability programmes for housing associations and local authorities since 2004.  He’s delivered large scale retrofit for Hyde and Optivo (now Southern Housing) and most recently he helped develop the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator programme and prepared housing net zero strategies at Turner and Townsend’s housing sustainability team.
