Experienced Bureau Service Manager with a proven track record of successfully providing direction, leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results through remote operations for over 20 years. Relevant experience includes:  

• Responsible for the mobilisation and implementation for large retail contract with over 600 sites across the UK connecting into SSE ES Energy Management Centre, continually developing and streamlining of the remote service to ensure delivery on FM partner key objectives  

• Responsible for SSE ES Information Security Management System (ISMS) quality standard, ensuring all aspects of data handling and connection management are implemented in line with the ISMS quality manual. Encouraging a culture of continual development and improvement is embedded into the department  

• A member of the business development and innovation team, helping to develop remote applications to enhance remote service capability including analytics platform, alarm management platform and global change tool and providing training during roll out phases to bureau and site engineering teams
