Adrian is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has worked in the housing sector for over 15 years. Since 2016, he has led the growth strategy and services for Creating Enterprise, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cartrefi Conwy and Beattie Passive Flying Factory Partner. Creating Enterprise’s mission is to be the ‘social contractor of choice’ delivering property maintenance, facility management and new build services to private and public sector clients. 

Adrian was responsible for setting up Creating Enterprise’s Flying Factory in Holyhead, Anglesey, to deliver Passivhaus standard homes for Cartrefi Conwy, as well as neighbouring Housing Associations and Councils. Creating Enterprise trains local people to build homes to Passivhaus standard using the Beattie Passive Build System and has delivered over 100 homes across North Wales since 2019.
