Theatre :  Energy Future & Flexible Networks  Keynotes  Retrofitting

At Vodafone we are committed to ambitious net zero targets and to helping our customers to reduce their carbon footprint through our services and technology. We are working hard to transform and simplify our network:

  • Since 2015, over 25k customers have been engaged and taken on a strategic journey. This allowed for more than 100 voice switches and ~300 concentrators to be powered down, resulting in a more energy efficient network and preventing 15k tonnes of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
  • We haven’t stopped there and we are currently closing some of our legacy sites, ensuring we are serving our customers in the most efficient and sustainable way.
