The four-year EU-funded research project Quantum comes to a close at the end of 2019. It investigated how the performance gap in increasingly complex buildings can be reduced with a series of pragmatic tools and services. Quantum analysed over 120 buildings from across Europe to provide empirical data and this session will present the findings. The COPILOT independent Building Commissioning Certification scheme will also be introduced.
