The UK’s Net Zero Policy sets the scene for an organisation’s challenges ahead in meeting carbon net zero to avert the worst-case climate impacts.

A journey to net zero needs to ensure that an accurate and reliable greenhouse gas inventory or footprint is established and forms the basis for emission reduction and management. No matter what stage of the carbon journey a business is on, there are many standards and frameworks that can help you get there including ISO 14064-1, aninternational standard for quantifying and reporting greenhouse gas emissions.

Learn how our client, AESSEAL®, have certified to ISO 14064-1 across all three scopes as part of their journey to net zero, including the verification of their products. ISO 14064-1 is an international standard for quantifying and reporting greenhouse gas emissions.

Session take-away:

  • The standards available to help companies achieve net zero and the framework they should be applied in
  • The importance of flexibility; reviewing and revising targets along the way to achieving net zero by 2050
  • Elliott Michel, Data Analyst at AESSEAL®, will share how the company achieved certification to ISO 14064-1across all three scopes as part of their journey to net zero
