Beyond Compliance – how do we deliver high performance?

In a world dominated by compliance and tick box exercises how do we deliver high performance and what does this mean?
Different stakeholders perceive this differently from the asset managers who want high rentable values and low void times to the tenants who want high quality space at low rents and then occupiers who want a comfortable and well equipped working space which the facilities managers have to provide.

These differing requirements can be achieved by considering:

• Business understanding & engagement;
• Financials aside, doing the right thing;
• Cost avoidance vs cost savings;
• How to select the right project (this can be business specific or to ensure
business buy-in);
• Data integrity.

Then in by using the data in a way where we are not blinded by the numbers and provide an holistic approach to building performance and communicating these positive benefits to all stakeholders rather than tunnel vision on energy management.
