Join SGS on stand E38 on the 19th and 20th November to take part in informative workshops.
Workshop 1
Title: Navigating the Shift: From ESOS, SECR & TCFD to the New UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS)
Workshop Overview:
The UK's sustainability reporting landscape is evolving rapidly. While organisations are currently compliant with frameworks like ESOS, SECR, and TCFD, a significant new regime is on the horizon: the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS). This one-hour, intensive workshop is designed to demystify this transition. We will move beyond simple compliance to explore the strategic connections between existing and upcoming requirements, helping you build a more efficient, robust, and forward-looking reporting function.
Workshop 2
Title: ISO 50001 - A highly effective means to reduce costs, GHG emissions and comply with regulatory obligations.
Workshop Overview:
Our workshop will explore the key benefits of implementing an ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems standard for any organization regardless of size, including reducing GHG emissions, energy consumption and costs. For larger organisations, the workshop will also provide guidance on how ISO 50001 helps compliance with regulatory obligations including SECR and ESOS. This will include a checklist for organisations to help determine if ISO50001 is the most effective (including cost) means over other compliance routes e.g. ESOS assessments.
