The Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) is a leading UK trade association representing over 200 company members spanning the fast-growing building controls industry.  An industry now worth over £840m per year, our members deliver the technology to create healthy buildings, through whole-life building and energy management solutions.  The BCIA aims to be the leading association for the industry working to ensure adoption of controls solutions within the built environment. 

BCIA is recognised as the go-to trade association for the building controls and BEMS sector in the UK.  We have a key role in the strategic development of the sector to support our members and the wider industry. Our strategic priorities aim to ensure that everyone involved in building controls, be that supply or demand side, government policymakers and legislators and even occupants of buildings recognise the vital role Building Controls play in effective management of non-residential and multi-unit residential buildings.  The Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) is the unified voice of the UK building controls industry.
