The UK needs to rapidly decarbonise to meet its net zero challenges. The National Infrastructure Commissions’ Second National Infrastructure Assessment sets out the UK’s long term infrastructure needs. It includes the polices and infrastructure needed to decarbonise power, heat, and industry to reach our goals of being low carbon, as well as increasing energy security, and contribute to growth across the country.
